During crucial times, like key footballing moments on weekends, the app freezes, preventing us from placing new bets, cashing in, or even checking scores. This shouldn’t happen if you want to provide a next-level experience for your loyal customers. Infrastructure needs a thorough examination with actionable steps taken to resolve these issues.

Moreover, free bets are too complicated and challenging to navigate via the app. Users shouldn’t need to waste precious time claiming loyalty bonuses. A more user-friendly and straightforward bonus platform is a must.

If you can rectify these issues, I will consider increasing my rating on the app

Very nice and easy to use, BUT 1 problem

The betting system on Betfair is easy to use, which adds convenience and speed, in my opinion. Compared to other platforms, this is definitely one of the more enjoyable betting sites, especially regarding accumulators and the bet builder feature.
HOWEVER, I noticed inaccuracies on the H2H stats pages for many matches. For instance, PSG vs Brest incorrectly shows Brest defeating PSG 3-1, instead of the accurate representation that should be PSG 3 and Brest 1. This led to confusion as I was betting based on this misinformation, compelling me to search for accurate stats online instead. Misinformation in a betting app is one of the worst pitfalls that can happen, in my honest opinion. I hope this issue is rectified soon. While this concern would typically warrant a 3-star rating, I’m giving it 4 stars as I still believe Betfair is a commendable betting site overall.

Poor Experience

I've encountered several issues, one being my inability to cash out. Although it was close to the end of regular time, I thought, hey, 2.50 is better than nothing. While it wasn’t major, it’s still frustrating if you can’t cash out for anything under.... Then why even offer that option? Another problem was that the app frequently froze, and I experienced extensive wait times for odds to change, causing cash outs to be suspended for extended periods. The main issue is a lack of clarity, especially for new users and bidders, as I've never placed a real-life bet before. I had two bets that I should’ve won, but due to ‘small print’ that wasn’t presented well on the screen, I found myself losing as a result. One bet was on England to win, which they did; however, it wasn’t in normal time, leading to a loss. Another was for it to end 1-1 in extra time and proceed to penalties. I didn’t realize I had to choose 0-0 instead. So, I doubt I’ll be betting again anytime soon or using this app or company ever again.
