Started using a 10bet account I checked something with their customer service they was excellent
Using the site is very easy to use and I think I have definitely made the right choice with this bookie I have tried accounts before with some of the big bookies but they are no value whatsoever. So I am very happy and impressed by 10bet

Seems they are fraudulently taking initial deposits. I deposited £50 under a welcome offer. 10Bet took my deposit and rolled it into the £50 "bonus" that cannot be withdrawn, and made it impossible to complete the bonus by restricting any bets. Gave no reason for doing this and have not even refunded my own £50 Complaint is ongoing and will be reporting to the various bodies

Received my withdrawal in under 5 minutes. Had no issues whatsoever, withdrawing, depositing, and playing. Very good gambling platform in the UK. Only negative is the sports betting selections. There isn’t a lot of selections.

I've had issues a couple of times when taking part in promos where I haven't been given the free bets, despite my knowing I'd spent the relevant amount. Dimitar identified the issue today, so I know not to make the same mistake next time. Additionally, he offered a goodwill gesture despite this misunderstanding being down to me.
